      Hello everyone,

We are facing the following issue with our load balancer running ZEVENET version 5.21.0:

We are using Let’s Encrypt certificates, which are automatically renewed by the system. While the system successfully generates the new certificate, it does not automatically bind it to the associated farm or restart it. As a result, the websites often run with an invalid certificate. Once the farm is manually restarted, the server immediately accepts the new certificate without any issues.

My question to the group: Has anyone encountered a similar issue? If so, has upgrading to version 7 resolved this problem?

Thank you in advance for your responses.

      Best regards,
      Johannes

        Hi Johannes,

We’re not aware of such kind of issue. Please ensure that your renewal commands include the “–restart”:

–restart all the farms using the certificate will be restarted

        Something like:

        /usr/local/relianoid/bin/noid-letsencrypt-autorenew […] –restart

Also, we recommend to use the latest CE v7 version to be up to date.

        Cheers.
