Leveraging Application Delivery Virtual SSL Acceleration with HW Offload

24 November, 2017 | Technical

Networking security is a mandatory requirement during data exchange and processes interconnection, but it is well known as well that increased security implies the needs of much more resources to analyze, detect and protect at different layers all the communications.

In order to palliate these heavy requirements, some hardware vendors dedicates special offload techniques to delegate highly load computing tasks to a dedicated hardware resource directly, rather than a software process in order to increase performance and to free generic computing resources.

For this case, we’ve prepared the detailed howto SSL Hardware Offloading in Physical and Virtual Load Balancer in the Knowledge Base in order to activate easily this hardware performance for SSL communications.
